SOOOOO confused!!!

So.. Now the company is trying to CHAPTER me out of the army because I am going to mental health and stuff.
Awesome.. Since I can't deploy right now, and they are such bitches about their next pay grade or the strength of the soldiers in numbers, they want to chapter ME out.
Do they realize what a GREAT asset I am? So if they start a chapter which I should know by the end of the day if they do, I won't get promoted, because I am getting flagged. GRRR.

So all that hard work to get promoted just went out the window.
FINE .. I will go to school, and I will get a degree, and a better job. with the same benefits.
